Squarespace provides me with general information about the activity on my website (location, search words uses, traffic sources, sales overview). The payment systems I use, Paypal and Stripe, are designed to keep your credit card information confidential. When you purchase artwork, I do have access to your name, address, and usually email. Any personal information I collect is kept confidential and never shared with third parties.

When can I expect my order to ship?

All items listed in the shop are ready to ship within 3-5 days of receiving payment.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. A 5.5% sales tax will be added for Maine residents.

Can I pay by Paypal?

Yes. You can use Paypal or Stripe during checkout with just a click of a button.

Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes. I charge a 5% service charge on your total order for extended payments, plus tax if applicable. Shipping is added separately and is based on current shipping prices to deliver the artwork to your area. I ask that you pay half down, then we can figure out the cost of 2 to 3 equal monthly payments based on the balance. I will keep the artwork until payment is received in full. Invoices will be sent via Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to receive invoices in this way.

How is my order shipped?

For US (Domestic) orders, items are shipped USPS Priority. Shipping costs include insurance. If you would like an alternative method of shipping, please contact me. Any price adjustment for change in shipping must be paid in advance of the item being shipped.

For orders less than $400 outside the US, items are shipped USPS First Class International with a certificate of mailing. For orders $400 and greater, items are shipped USPS Priority International Mail with insurance and a certificate of mailing. If you would like an alternative method of shipping or to upgrade First Class International to Priority, please contact me. Any price adjustment for change in shipping must be paid in advance of the item being shipped.

Pinecone and Sparrow is not responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss incurred by the postal service.

Are international orders subject to customs rules and regulations?

Yes. Packages shipped outside the United States are subject to import fees and dues set by your postal service or regulators. These are not included in the price of the item and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation number when your order ships.

Can I cancel my order or return an item?

Yes. To cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible so your payment can be refunded before the item is shipped.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery confirmation so we can determine whether you need a refund or a replacement. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition for a full refund. Shipping costs are not included.
