Work in Progress: Making My Way Through This Bag of Popcorn
Usually, the day after a show, I post a picture of a place I would love to be to relax and recover. But, today's picture is popcorn from the Coastal Maine Popcorn Co. I'm making my way through the bag of Chocolate Carmel & Sea Salt popcorn as I write this. Pure comfort food! Reminds me of the fudge and popcorn my mom used to make on Sunday nights growing up.
Paul and Tom were in the booth next to mine at the Maine Harvest Festival. Couldn't have been two nicer people for show neighbors. Their popcorn is fabulous. I tried several flavors myself (both sweet and savory), as well as watched people's eyes light up when they tried an unexpected flavor (like dill pickle or buffalo wing or cotton candy). The "sweet" popcorn flavors on their table were closest to my booth, so every time they opened the sample bin of egg nog popcorn, I got a whiff of lovely sweet goodness.
The Coastal Maine Popcorn Co. is located in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, but you can also find more information about them online.
I've updated my wall art from the show, so, until next weekend's show in South Portland, Maine (more on that as the week progress), everything listed in my SHOP is available for sale. I'll have my Etsy shop open again later today.
