Thank You, Vermonters!
A big, hearty THANK YOU to the people of Vermont, and especially the folks at the United Church of Underhill, for hosting their annual Old-Fashioned Harvest Market. What a great event!
I wish I had thought to do a video/audio recording of the sights and sounds of the two-day event. Music, cheering as the parade came by, the barker at the Country Store announcing "baaaaked potatoes!", happy chattering and conversations about art...
This was my first year as a vendor and I have nothing but good to say about my experience.
The weather cooperated as well...with chilly (frosty) mornings and warm afternoons. Perfect for strolling the grounds and taking advantage of the hot soups, cider and freshly baked cookies.
Thanks again to everyone who stopped by my booth to say hello, talk art, sign up for my newsletter, and take some work home with them. I really appreciate your support. What a lovely way to spend the weekend!
There's talk of inviting me back to teach a collage workshop, so if you are interested, please let me know.
Ways you can support my art: tell a friend about it, click the "LIKE" button on my facebook page, "pin" a post on Pinterest, follow me on Instagram, purchase greeting cards from my Fine Art America shop, and shop for an original art collage here on this website.
Save the date for the UMaine Craft Fair and Maine Marketplace, Orono, ME October 15 and 16, 2016.
