Here's a study I did of Picasso's "The Old Guitarist" for a class I am taking. It's "cheating blind" sketch of the painting using pencil, watercolor, and gel medium on 5" x 4.25" watercolor paper.
The more I worked on this, the more complicated I discovered "The Old Guitarist" really is. I could do this a hundred times or more and still learn something new!
